Return & Refund Policy
At Nexify Audio, we want every customer to receive their order in good condition and enjoy a smooth shopping experience. If there is any issue with your product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used earphones, earbuds, headphones, and similar personal audio products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Return Request Period
Customers must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product if they wish to request a return.
For damaged, incorrect, or defective products, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice to verify the issue.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must include:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- User manuals or warranty cards, if included
- Invoice or proof of purchase
- No physical damage caused by the customer
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been opened or used and has no defect
- The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, or improper storage
- The product is damaged due to unauthorized repair, dismantling, or modification
- Accessories, packaging, or invoice are missing
- The product is damaged due to failure to follow the user manual
- The issue is related to personal preference, such as sound quality preference, fit, or comfort, and the product is not defective
- The return request is made after the return period
Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will inspect the product and provide a suitable solution based on the issue. This may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
The final solution will depend on the product condition, warranty terms, and stock availability.
Return Delivery Charges
If the return is due to a wrong item, damaged item, or confirmed manufacturing defect, Nexify Audio will cover the reasonable return delivery cost.
If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind and the product is still unopened, unused, and eligible for return, the customer may be responsible for the return delivery charges.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed through a suitable payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer after confirming the customer’s bank details.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
Warranty Claims
Products with manufacturing defects after the return period may be handled under the applicable warranty policy.
Please keep your invoice safely, as it acts as proof of purchase and may be required for return, refund, or warranty claims.
